个人简介

叶慧,女,现任中国药科大学副研究员、博士生及硕士生导师。2008年于四川大学获得本科学士学位,2013年获得美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校药学院博士学位。获得江苏省六大人才高峰、江苏省科协青年人才托举工程、江苏省双创博士的资助,主持国自然面上项目、青年项目、江苏省优秀青年项目、国家科技重点专项子任务、江苏省自然青年项目、教育部留学回国人员资助项目等科研项目,参与多项重大新药创制专项及重点研发计划。 迄今在生物和分析化学权威期刊Redox Biol、Anal Chem、Mol Cell Proteomics、Anal Chim Acta、Cell Death Dis等以一作/通讯共发表SCI文章近30篇。申请人曾参加 ASMS、Neuroscience、PittCon、BCEIA等多个国际学术会议作特邀及展板报告,并受邀成为Anal Chem、Anal Chim Acta、J Chromatogr A等SCI期刊的审稿人。

研究领域

(1)建立国际领先的代谢-蛋白多组学前沿技术,发现细胞内活性分子与靶蛋白的未知相互作用关系,聚焦肿瘤代谢,阐明疾病状态下紊乱的内源性代谢物对结合蛋白的功能调控模式,发现抗肿瘤的原创代谢靶标; (2)基于化学蛋白质组学与分子生物学手段,阐明临床具有确切疗效的天然药物水飞蓟宾等对机体的代谢调控机制,优化结构,开发出针对功能靶标的新分子。 (3)基于长期在多肽及蛋白领域的丰富研究经验,开展生物药物的细胞药代动力学研究,精确描述生物药在靶细胞内的活性形式及代谢过程,指导创新生物药物的改造、筛选及评价。
