个人简介

刘奇明,男,1985年3月生于甘肃兰州。现为兰州大学物理科学与技术学院电子材料研究所副教授。2008年毕业于兰州大学物理学国家基础科学人才培养基地,获理学学士学位;2011月获兰州大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位;2011年10月获日本国文部省奖学金赴日本国立琦玉大学留学,2015年3月获工学博士学位。在日本从事博士后研究1年后回国任教,2016年3月被兰州大学聘为副教授。

研究领域

刘奇明副教授主要从事半导体物理及光电器件方向的研究工作,具体有新型太阳能电池器件制备、半导体光电器件表面界面工程、透明导电聚合物材料开发改性等。
