研究领域

1.研究阐述天冬酰胺内肽酶AEP在促进肿瘤生长、侵袭和转移过程中的生物学功能,研发以AEP为治疗靶点的小分子抑制剂、抗肿瘤前体药物、肿瘤细胞内人源化抗体及针对实体瘤CAR-T研发。 2.研究肿瘤相关巨噬细胞（TAMs）在促进恶性肿瘤发生转移过程中的作用与机制，利用AEP缺失小鼠探讨AEP对TAMs功能的影响。 3.肿瘤骨转移过程中的分子机制及其药物靶点的研究。 4.肿瘤微环境中的氨基酸代谢途径的信号通路及分子机制。 5.研究新型棉酚衍生物与BH3结构域蛋白的相互作用及在细胞凋亡分子通路的生物学功能，筛选临床抗肿瘤新药。 6.利用小鼠模型和临床标本，探索微波热疗和化疗联合治疗的分子机理，为临床规范化治疗和个性化治疗提供理论依据。 7.天然产物活性对糖尿病及肿瘤转移分子靶点的筛选及机制研究
