2003.04-2006.06 上海交通大学 电子科学与技术 博士 2006.8-2007.10 新加坡国立大学 机械工程系 博士后研究员 2007.11-2009.7 新加坡微电子研究院 高级研发工程师 2009.8-2011.5 瑞声声学新加坡有限公司 高级研发工程师 2011.6-现在 上海交通大学微纳科学技术研究院 副研究员 杨斌,博士、副研究员、硕士生导师。2006年毕业于上海交通大学微电子学与固体电子学专业并获博士学位。之后在新加坡国立大学、新加坡微电子研究院、瑞声声学(新加坡)科技有限公司工作。主要从事微纳自供能器件与系统,高温下传感器,有机和无机压电纳米线的制备和应用等研究。
