个人简介

2000年哈尔滨理工大学测试技术与仪器专业学士学位，保送本专业研究生2003年获硕士学位，2006年获上海交通大学生物医学工程专业博士学位，同年加入生物信息学与生物统计学系，现任副教授，硕士生导师。2008年获交大“晨星”优秀青年教师奖，2011年获学院“优秀共产党员”称号。目前主持一项国家自然基金项目，合作主持医工交叉项目，作为骨干参与国家863、转基因重大专项和上海市重大基础项目等多项研究。

研究领域

主要从事生物信息学和系统生物学领域的研究，包括生物网络的拓扑分析和动力学模拟；代谢流分析及其在代谢工程优化方面的应用；细胞器代谢网络进化机制及适应性研究；基于系统生物学方法的C3与C4光合作用比较研究等。
