1.研究肿瘤微环境中的各种细胞组分对肿瘤免疫的抑制机理，发现新的肿瘤治疗靶点； 2.发展基于抗体的靶向肿瘤免疫治疗手段； 3.发展基于T细胞修饰的细胞过继性肿瘤治疗手段； 4.发展基于重组蛋白以及免疫活化的肿瘤疫苗和病原微生物疫苗；
