个人简介

许明清，博士，交大研究员，研究组长，博导。发表第一作者和通讯作者论文14篇，总影响因子超过100，总引用次数超过400次。学术成果分别获上海市优秀博士论文奖、全国优秀博士论文提名奖及上海交通大学Bio-X奖。现任《BMC Psychiatry》、《BMC Medical Genomics》副主编，《Progress in Neuro-Psychopharmacology and Biological Psychiatry》编委会成员。学习经历：学士(1995-1999) 东北大学硕士(1999-2002) 上海大学博士(2002-2006) 上海交通大学博士后(2006-2011) 美国哈佛大学

研究领域

长期从事人类复杂疾病的流行病学，基因组学，和生物信息学研究，近年来工作重心围绕在心血管和神经精神系统疾病多组学数据整合交叉分析和系统生物学研究以及利用多组学数据中的分子标记物构建疾病风险预测模型为临床转化医学服务。
