个人简介

1994年西安交通大学高分子材料系学士,1997年四川大学化学纤维硕士,2003年法国巴黎第七大学计算化学博士。2005年至2006年在美国加州大学尔湾分校进行博士后研究。2007年1月回国, 现为上海交通大学生命科学技术学院教授,博士生导师。国际SCI期刊Chem. Biol. Drug Design副主编。在天然无规蛋白的分子力场和折叠机制等方面进行了比较深入的研究,并在JACS,PNAS,Nucleic Acids Research, RNA等学术期刊发表了90多篇SCI论文,其中本人为第一作者或通信作者的SCI文章60多篇,SCI影响因子累计超过200。申请四项专利,八项软件著作权,获上海市科技进步一等奖及教育部自然科学二等奖。

1)天然无规蛋白的分子力场研究。 2)天然无规蛋白的折叠机制研究。 3)配体与受体的别构机制研究。 4)计算机辅助创新药物设计。
