个人简介

医学博士、骨科学教授、主任医师、博士生导师。现任浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院骨科主任、邵逸夫医院下腰痛诊治中心主任、浙江大学骨科研究所副所长、浙江省骨科质量控制中心副主任、中华医学会浙江省骨科学会副主任委员、中国康复协会浙江省脊柱脊髓损伤委员会副主任委员、浙江省抗癌协会骨与软组织肿瘤专业委员会副主任委员、《中华骨科杂志》编委、《中国骨伤》编委。从事临床工作二十余年,具有非常扎实的专业基础知识和丰富的临床经验,擅长于下腰痛、颈椎病、骨关节病和骨肿瘤的诊断和治疗,尤其在微创化手术方面具有很深的造诣,在国内具有较大的知名度。多项手术技术居于国际和国内领先水平:在国际上首次提出“先撑开后复位”的手术理念治疗腰椎滑脱,简化了手术操作、改善了治疗效果;在国内率先报道应用微创腰椎融合术治疗椎管狭窄、腰椎不稳等下腰痛疾病,最大程度保留了脊柱的正常结构、大大减少了手术创伤、改善了手术的远期疗效;在国内率先报道微创胸腰椎骨折内固定技术和手术创伤评估体系,为脊柱骨折的治疗开辟了新的微创化途径;脊柱骨折的前路手术技术和下腰痛的椎间融合技术分别作为“骨科教程”在国内最权威杂志《中华骨科杂志》发表并在全国推广应用;颈椎前路分节段减压技术解决了多节段颈椎病手术创伤大、内固定不稳定等技术难题,缩短了手术时间、改善了手术疗效;与国际同步开展的膝、髋关节置换技术,极大地降低了关节置换术后假体关节脱位、活动度不理想等并发症,改善了患者的生活质量。目前已在国内外发表学术论文150余篇,其中包括国际骨科学领域顶尖杂志《Spine》、《European spine journal》。曾获《中华骨科杂志》中青年优秀论文一等奖、省卫生科技进步一等奖、省部科技进步三等奖等,为2008年浙江省卫生高层次创新人才培养对象
