个人简介

郝晓涛,理学博士,教授、博士生导师,现任山东大学物理学院副院长。英国物理学会会士(Fellow of IOP, FInstP),晶体材料国家重点实验室固定成员,入选首批国家高层次青年人才计划。目前担任国际薄膜学会Thin Films Society区域副主席(Regional Vice President),墨尔本大学名誉研究员(Honorary Fellow),山东物理学会常务理事,山东省光学工程学会常务理事,澳大利亚皇家化学学会特许化学家会员,Scientific Reports、3D Research (Springer)等学术期刊编委,中国化学快报、中国化学等学术期刊青年编委。主要研究方向为低维有机半导体物理、有机太阳能电池、超快光谱学等。近年来,作为项目负责人先后主持国家、省部级科研项目10余项。在国际学术期刊上发表论文120余篇,到目前他人引用次数2200余次。获得国际发明专利授权3项,国内发明专利授权2项。在国际、国内学术会议做主旨报告、邀请报告30余次。曾任国际薄膜大会组委会委员暨有机电子分会召集人、SPIE Nanophotonics国际会议组委会委员,中国材料大会微电子与光电子材料分会组委会委员。 教育经历 1997.92002.6 山东大学凝聚态物理博士 1993.91997.7 山东大学物理学理学学士学位 工作经历 2012.9至今 山东大学物理学院副院长教授 2007.52012.8 澳大利亚墨尔本大学研究员 2005.62007.4 日本千叶大学特别研究员 2002.112005.5 新加坡材料工程研究院博士后研究员
