个人简介

1986年6月毕业于武汉大学物理系半导体物理专业,获理学学士学位;2010年6月获武汉大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。 1986年6月-今:先后在武汉大学物理系、应用物理系、武汉大学物理科学与技术学院光电技术系、电子科学与技术系任教师。其中1987年9月任助教,1991年8月任讲师,1995年5月任副教授,2011年11月任教授。1996年6月遴选为硕士生导师,2010年6月遴选为博士生导师。

研究领域

1)微电子系统设计、探测系统(仪器)研发: 研究FFT、小波、图像降噪/增强算法、压缩/解压缩算法、编/解码算法在FPGA/ARM中的SOPC技术实现;研究传感器接收电路、放大电路、AD/DA电路、单片机电路、接口电路、信号(模型)处理等。 2)微纳电子器件模型、光电器件及驱动IC设计; 研究纳米尺度下碳基场效应器件、石墨烯场效应管的量子模型及器件电路模型;研究纳米材料、纳米器件的电学特性;研究新型红外探测器件(PD)、TIA、LA等集成电路芯片设计技术。 3)大气红外辐射物理、卫星红外图象处理: 用Mie氏理论方法、FDTD(时域有限差分方法)、IGOM(光线跟踪方法)等计算卷云、大气层的辐射和传输特性;研究MODIS(中分辨率成像光谱仪)卫星图像的反演处理技术。
