研究领域

1)巨核细胞生成、骨髓增殖性肿瘤和急性髓系白血病发生机制:研究巨核细胞发育分化中的信号转导、转录调控、表观遗传调控机制;探索骨髓增殖性肿瘤(原发性骨髓纤维化)发生的分子基础和靶向干预;鉴定急性白血病细胞增殖、存活和恶变的关键因素和新生物学标志物。2)肝脏代谢病变发生机理:阐释非酒精性肝脏脂肪变性、非酒精性脂肪肝炎、肝硬化到肝癌演化的分子机制;揭示肝脏缺血/再灌注损伤发生的决定性因素;特别关注天然免疫、泛素化/去泛素参与代谢调控从而影响此类疾病发生的分子机理。
