个人简介

1996年，厦门大学生物学专业，学士学位； 2006年，厦门大学生化与分子生物学专业/细胞生物学专业，博士学位； 2006年，厦门大学生命科学学院助理教授、硕士生导师； 2013年，厦门大学生命科学学院副教授；

研究领域

1、抗病毒的单抗筛选：利用细胞模型和重组抗原等进行抗病毒的单抗筛选，如HIV中和单抗、识别免疫优势表位单抗等的筛选。 2、基于表位的抗原研究：利用基因工程重组技术表达获得含有功能表位的抗原或颗粒化抗原。 3、功能性表位研究：应用生物传感器、分析超离、微量热等方法研究抗原-抗体的相互作用，尝试解析免疫复合物的空间结构，鉴定功能性表位的特征。
