个人简介

陈向飞,1996年7月博士毕业于南京大学物理系和固体微结构物理国家重点实验室。1996—1999年在南京邮电学院从事光纤通信研究;2000年8月在清华大学电子工程系工作,副教授; 2006年5月受聘为南京大学微结构国家实验室(筹)和现代工程与应用科学学院教授,博士生导师。创建微波光子技术实验室,他是中国光学学会和中国通信学会的高级会员,美国光学学会和美国电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)的高级会员,2011年任国际微波光子学大会(MWP 2011)的技术委员会的委员。在南京大学工作以来,已经取得的主要学术业绩:(1)发明了基于自主重构-等效啁啾技术(Reconstruction-equivalent-chirp,REC技术)的半导体激光器,以此研制出单片集成阵列激光器,原型器件波长数创造出国内新记录;(2)研制出具有国际水准的一种全新双极性光CDMA编码器,并采用普通设备实现了创记录的1023码片的光CDMA编解码器;(3)提出了基于REC技术,采用拼接模板实现长光纤布拉格光栅的方法。

研究领域

半导体激光器在光通讯系统中具有发动机的功能,是关键是器件之一课题组的研究主要集中在DFB半导体激光器以及多波长阵列,包括可调谐激光器、窄线宽激光器,高波长精度的激光器阵列,以及它们的产业化。
