个人简介

南京大学化学化工学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事金属团簇催化研究,在构筑精确团簇催化剂、建立明确构效关系、精准调控催化反应过程等方面开展深入探索和系统性研究,为理性设计新催化剂和催化反应过程提供新思路和科学基础,促进多相催化研究精准化发展。在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.、Nature Commun.等期刊发表通讯作者论文70余篇。获授权发明专利11项。主编出版专著1部。主持基金委、中石化、Shell等项目。担任物理化学学报、Nano Research、Green Energy & Environment等期刊青年编委,Current Opinion in Green and Sustainable Chemistry期刊编委。

研究领域

催化研究领域一百多年的发展过程中,对多相催化剂活性中心的认识在尺度上越来越小,以单核配合物为主要代表的均相催化剂,在保持结构精确的基础上向尺度更大的多核配合物发展,多相-均相融合是催化研究发展的重要趋势。原子精确金属团簇恰好处于二者的结合地带,它们是由确定数目的金属原子内核与外围配体组成的集合体,可看作是连接多相-均相催化剂的桥梁;团簇结构高度均一,种类丰富多样,为在原子层次上深入理解催化作用机制提供了新的材料体系,对发展结构高度精确的催化剂具有重要的科学意义。
