个人简介
长期从事药物化学、分子设计和有机合成研究，主要开展基于靶标的原创性药物发现和功能型分子探针研究。围绕复杂重大疾病，如糖尿病、恶性肿瘤和神经退行性疾病，运用药物化学、CADD、化学生物学等手段针对多种通路的重要靶标酶GSK-3β、α-synuclein进行相关治疗药物、诊断试剂和分子探针的设计合成、活性筛选及分子机制研究。主要课题包括新型GSK-3β非ATP竞争抑制剂的研究；用于PD早期诊断的PET示踪剂的开发；应用于PD治疗的蛋白调节剂研究；靶向核磁共振显影剂及荧光分子探针等新型功能小分子的设计和合成。
先后主持完成国家级、省部级项目多项，参与科技部重点专项和上海市科委重大专项。已在国内外学术刊物发表论文30余篇。申请中国发明专利二十余项，已获授权8项，申请美国专利1项。
参编教材2本。主讲《有机化学》、参讲《有机化学实验》等本科生课程；以及《现代有机合成方法与技术》、《药物化学进展》和《高等有机合成实验》等研究生课程。
