研究领域

主要从事能源环境与气候政策研究,在多个国家科技计划项目多年连续支持下,针对经济绿色低碳转型路径的成本与效益问题,以环境—能源—经济系统综合评估模型为手段,自主开发了适用于国家、省级及全球多层次的 IMED 模型,揭示未来社会经济发展对能源与资源消耗、污染物和碳排放的关联机制,综合评估政策措施协同实现环境和发展多维目标的成本与效益,支撑能源环境与气候政策综合决策,助力我国及全球实现“双碳”目标、“美丽中国”及可持续发展目标。IMED 模型被认为是国内气候环境政策研究的代表性模型之一,为突破“从过去依赖国际模型转向开发本地化、精细化综合评估模型”做出了贡献,并被联合国环境署(UNEP)列为旗舰综合评估模型之一,支撑《全球环境展望 7》的情景分析和路径优化。
