个人简介

1995年获中山医科大学药理学硕士学位;2002获中山大学医学博士学位。 自1995以来一直在中山大学中山医学院药理学教研室(原中山医科大学药理教研室)工作,历任助教、讲师、副教授。2002-2004在美国波士顿大学医学院生化系完成博士后训练,任副研究员。2006年12月被中山大学聘为副教授。主持一项国家自然科学基金项目、一项教育部项目,参与多项省部级基金项目。

研究领域

(1)细胞分子药理学:赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase, LO)的细胞、分子生物学基础,赖氨酰氧化酶与纤维化疾病 的研究以及抗纤维化药物筛选。(2)从肿瘤细胞的诱导分化角度探讨实体肿瘤的治疗
