个人简介

2015-Present: Professor, Nanjing University 2014-2015, Associate Professor, Nanjing University 2009-2014, Postdoc, School of Medicine, Stanford University 2004-2009: Ph.D., Shanghai Institute of Meteria Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences 2000-2004: BS, School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University Brief biography Dr. Ye received B. S. in Chemistry from Nanjing University in 2004. Received Ph.D. in Drug Design and Medicinal Chemistry with Prof. Hualiang Jiang and Prof. Hong Liu from SIMM (CAS) in 2009, with dissertation of “Drug Design, Synthesis and Pharmacological Research of Privileged Structures”. Post-doctoral training in Prof. Jianghong Rao lab in Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford University (MIPS) from 2009 to 2014, where he developed multimodality molecular imaging probes for non-invasive detection of protease activity in vivo . He moved back to China and joined in Nanjing University as an associated professor in Oct 2014, and then promoted to full professor in Jun 2015. Research interests focus on the development of activatable multimodality molecular imaging probes for non-invasive detection of biomolecules both in cells and in living animals. Published more than 70 SCI papers, including Nat. Chem., JACS., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Soc. Rev., and Anal. Chem. Applied 7 patents. His work has been highlighted as ACS Editor Choice, highlighted lecture, highly cited paper, and so on. He has won honors and awards including IAAM Scientist Medal (2016), Young investigator travel award (2013) and Excellent graduate student of CAS (2009).

研究领域

Research in Ye Lab is aiming to integrate analytical chemistry, organic chemistry and nanotechnology to build activatable multimodality molecular imaging probes for real-time and non-invasive detection of biologically relevant molecules both in cells and in living animals. Guided by the imaging, we are aiming to provide approach for better diagnosis and treatment of diseases (e.g, cancers, Inflammation).
