个人简介
陈熹现系浙江大学管理学院教授。陈熹的研究方向包括:社交媒体、社交网络分析、社交商务等。利用多模态学习和基于机器学习和计量分析的因果推断等手段开展研究。围绕上述方向陈熹主持国家和省部级科研项目多项,包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大研究计划项目、面上项目等。论文发表或被录用于FMS期刊列表中的国际A类期刊,包括Information Systems Research (UTD)、Production and Operations Management (UTD),INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD)、Journal of the Assocation for Information Systems (ABS 4*)、 European Journal of Operational Research、Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology,FMS中文T1期刊《管理世界》和《管理工程学报》,以及信息系统领域的Senior Scholar Basket期刊 Decision Support Systems和 Information & Management等国内外重要学术刊物。

研究领域
社交网络分析:人的行为决策并不是独立指定的,而是无时无刻不受到来自各种社交关系的影响(比如朋友、同事、家庭等)。有些影响来自直接的社交关系,有些影响来自间接的社交关系(例如校友群体,朋友的朋友)。由于个人行为的变化会进一步级联网络关系中其他个体的行为,从而产生行为的传播。因此要更完整的了解人的行为决策机理以及一些社会现象产生的驱动因素(例如冰桶挑战),需要对人所处的社交网络关系进行建模和分析。在这其中会遇到一些挑战,比如行为的产生到底是由于近朱者赤还是物以类聚?情绪的传播和行为的传播背后的机理是否一样?如果无法完全观测到所有的网络关系怎么办?为了解决上述问题,我们利用深度图神经网络算法,设计出新的准实验分析框架来准确估计社交关系带来的影响,并剖析其中的机制。
社交电子商务:这是一种基于社交关系和社交媒体的电子商务形式。直播和短视频是目前最主要的社交电子商务形态。社交电子商务以新媒体(如视频、音频、文本、以及这些内容形式的组合)内容为载体,以社交互动传递各类信息。这些信息不仅仅有产品信息,还有卖家的个人信息,例如专业、情绪、观点等传统电子商务形态无法传递的信息。在这种新型态的电子商务形态中,市场的需求规律,卖家的运营决策,供应链的组织都会面临新的挑战,需要新的理论、模型和工具。为了解决上述问题,我们设计出理论驱动的多模态学科框架以及强化学习框架,对社交电商的绩效进行精准预测,对绩效的关键影响因素进行归因,并优化运营策略。
