研究领域

生物-有机地球化学,同位素地球化学,气候环境变化 保存于地质体中一类来源于生物体的大分子有机化合物(如:长链烯酮、甘油二烷基甘油四醚脂类(GDGTs)),能够指示特定生物体或生物群落(如:藻类、微生物)的来源或者其特定生理过程(称为“生物标志物”),基于该类化合物的分子代用指标及稳定同位素具有巨大的潜力重建过去的气候环境演变历史,我的研究内容包括: 1. 方法学:发展地质体中生物标志化合物的分析方法; 2. 现代过程:利用有机地球化学和分子生物学相结合的手段,开发新型的生物标志物气候环境代用指标; 3. 古环境重建:以湖泊和石笋等为地质载体,利用生物标志物代用指标重建过去气候环境变化与生物地球化学循环,揭示气候环境演变规律及其驱动机制。
