个人简介

教育经历 2000 年 9 月 - 2004 年 6 月，就读于中国地质大学（武汉），完成本科学业，获得学士学位，学士课程学习成绩前 1％。 2004 年 9 月 - 2007 年 6 月，在中国地质大学（武汉）攻读研究生，获得军事学硕士学位，研究生（硕士）毕业，导师为沈上越教授。 2004 年 12 月 - 2007 年 7 月，在武汉理工大学材料复合新技术国家重点实验室进行硕士联合培养，专业为材料学，研究生（硕士）毕业，导师为沈强、张联盟教授。 2007 年 9 月 - 2010 年 7 月，于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所深造，获得博士学位，研究生（博士）毕业。工作经历 2010 年 8 月 - 2013 年 6 月，在日本物质・材料研究机构（NIMS），WPI Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics 担任 Postdoctoral researcher（博士后），合作导师为寺部一弥教授、青野正和教授。 2013 年 6 月 - 2018 年 10 月，在材料科学与工程学院（School of Materials Science and Engineering）担任副教授。 2018 年 11 月 - 2021 年 2 月，在材料科学与工程学院（School of Materials Science and Engineering）担任教授。 2021 年 3 月 - 2022 年 10 月，在光学与电子信息学院微电子系担任教授。 2022 年 11 月 - 至今，在集成电路学院微电子系担任教授，在岗。
