1984年毕业于浙江大学材料科学与工程系并获学士学位 1989年上海交通大学材料科学系获硕士学位 1992年上海交通大学材料科学系博士学位 1992-年上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院任教 1995-1997年香港城市大学物理及材料科学系合作研究 2003-2004美国亚利桑那州立大学John M. Cowley高分辨电镜中心高级访问学者
