1990年12月获中国科学院上海有机化学研究所博士学位 1991-01至1992-04 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所助理研究员 1992-05至1996-12 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所副研究员 1992-11至1995-04 美国Wyeth Research (New York) 博士后 1992-05至1996-12 中国科学院上海有机化学研究所副研究员，课题组长 1997-01至今中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研究员，课题组长 1999-10至2009-01 中国科学院有机氟化学重点实验室主任 2000-09至2022-12 东华大学教授 2007-10至2017-01 东华大学化学化工与生物工程学院院长 2015-12至2022-12 东华大学副校长 2023-03至今中国科学院上海有机化学研究所先进氟氮材料重点实验室主任奖励与荣誉 2001年入选长江学者奖励计划特聘教授，2003年获国家杰出青年科学基金，2014年国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体学术带头人，2019年国家自然科学基金重大项目负责人。2007年获中国科学院-Bayer青年科学家奖，2014年获中国化学会黄维垣氟化学奖，2022年当选中国化学会会士。以第一完成人获2019年国家自然科学奖二等奖、2019年军队科技进步奖一等奖、2017年上海市自然科学奖一等奖。
