2001~2005 年,武汉大学化学系,大学本科,获理学学士 2004~2005 年,中国科学院理化技术研究所,交流生 2005~2010 年,武汉大学化学与分子科学学院,研究生,师从庄林教授和陆君涛教授,获理学博士 2011~2012 年,武汉大学化学与分子科学学院,讲师,师资博士后 2013~2016 年,武汉大学化学与分子科学学院,讲师 2015~2016 年,美国康奈尔大学化学院,访问学者,合作者Hector D. Abruna教授 2016年~2022年,武汉大学化学与分子科学学院,副教授 2022年至今,武汉大学化学与分子科学学院,教授

研究领域

肖丽教授长期从事氢能电催化研究,以国家“碳中和”政策为出发点,研究兴趣包括燃料电池、水电解和二氧化碳电化学还原等反应,探索造成溶液电催化与器件电催化性能差异来源的物理化学本质。从能量、空间、时间3个维度出发,通过建立远离平衡态电极反应动力学研究方法、揭示电极/聚电解质界面催化特性,以及研究器件工况电催化,消除溶液电催化与器件电催化的分歧,一定程度上实现了基础研究规律与实际应用效果的统一。
