Battery materials and devices are one of the main scientifically and technological bottlenecks for enabling a sustainable future. Discovery of new materials for battery and manipulation of devices have shown to tremendously advance applications of energy storage. However, new and disruptive research is still needed to prove the ubiquitous and large scale deployment of batteries needed by our society.
