Abstract
The possibility of deposition of Sm2O3–ZrO2–HfO2 and Sm2O3–ZrO2 ceramic layers by electron-beam evaporation of pressed rods is shown. The thermal conductivities of ceramic layers of various compositions are calculated. The stability of the chosen composition is shown at temperatures up to 1350°C.
