In this paper, the influence of additives to oil on the wear of the main parts of the cylinder-piston group of diesel engines has been studied. It has been established that the addition of nanostructured metal elements to Lukoil 15W40 engine oil can reduce the wear of cylinder sleeves on average by a factor of 1.36.
