Abstract
The vacuum rectification of naphthalene at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK), using the system developed by Zavkom (Tambov) is considered. The rectification system went into operation in December 2020. The naphthalene extract obtained by this means is of grade A and type II according to Technical Specifications TU 14-7–97; its naphthalene content is at least 97 wt %.
