Diagnosis

Spindle cell sarcoma. Spindle cell sarcoma is a rare, rapidly growing connective tissue tumor that has a propensity for local recurrence and frequently metastasizes to the lungs.1,2 Treatment consists of surgical excision,2 radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.
