Abstract

Four universal differences between tumor and normal cells and tissues are noted. It is shown how these differences can be used for the purposes of early diagnosis and nontoxic therapy of oncological diseases. It is argued that already developed, but not widely used methods of diagnosis and treatment, based on the use of these universal differences, allow one to radically change the situation in oncology: to reduce the incidence by an order of magnitude and significantly increase the level of complete recovery in stage III or IV of the disease.
