In the original version of this article, the reference list for the kinematic source inversion algorithm provided us by Yuji Yagi is incomplete. The Green's Functions calculations in the algorithm are based on Kikuchi and Kanamori (1991) and Kohketsu (1985) for teleseismic and near-field seismograms, respectively. The non-negative least square method of Lawson and Hanson (1974) is used to solve model parameters. We do not utilize Akaike's Bayesian information criterion (ABIC; Akaike 1980) to determine smoothing parameters that may be different from the optimal values (Fukuda and Johnson 2008).
