Abstract

Nowadays, in the modern, fast-paced world, customers encounter a considerable range of products and services. They have a wide range of products to choose from, and it is up to them to decide. They often make decisions based on personal values, because they are the ones who know best what is best for them. Customer satisfaction depends on satisfying his needs and desires. If a product fails to meet its needs, it is disappointing, and it is also highly likely that it will no longer want to do business with the enterprise. On the contrary, if the enterprise succeeds in satisfying its needs, the customer is satisfied. Our contribution aimed to increase the possibilities of existing enterprise’s competitiveness with the help of selected internet tools. An enterprise that does not want to be left behind and wants to keep the interest of its customers as well as keep up with the competition will not do without the innovations that are part of every functioning and prosperous enterprise. It is also true that every enterprise should continuously look for new processes, products and opportunities - it should therefore practically implement an appropriate innovation policy.
