Abstract

This paper presents an efficient design of several inverse filters, ILPF, IHPF, IBPF and IBRF. The designs are based on a modified second-generation voltage conveyor (VCII). The proposed filters utilize four grounded passive components and two active blocks. Moreover, the designed circuits can be either a current-mode or a voltage-mode depending on the application under consideration. The functionality of the designed filters was confirmed using 0.18 µm TSMC CMOS process technology. The proposed circuits are powered from ± 0.9 V DC supply.
