Abstract

The Coulomb plus linear confinement potential model was used with a Gaussian wave function to study the masses of the ground and excited states of heavy-light mesons. \(\beta \) coefficient and root mean square radius. We used the matrix method to numerically solve the required Schrödinger equation for the radial wave functions; from these wave functions we calculate the mesonic properties. Our predictions are in good agreement with experimental results as well as lattice and other theoretical models.
