The First Records of Vaucheria coronata Nordstedt, 1879 (Ochrophyta: Xanthophyceae) from the White Sea

Abstract

In July 2019, Vaucheria coronata Nordstedt, 1879, an algal species previously unknown in Russia, was collected in the intertidal zone of Kandalaksha Gulf, the White Sea. The new records significantly expand the range of the species in the Arctic Ocean.
