Abstract

The SrFe11MnO19/CoFe1.9Bi0.1O4/PANI nanocomposites were prepared with different mass ratios of SrFe11MnO19/CoFe1.9Bi0.1O4 to PANI by the auto-combustion sol–gel and in-situ polymerization methods. The nanocomposites were analyzed with several techniques such as FTIR, XRD, VSM, and VNA. The Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis shows that all pure PANI absorption bonds (exception of the 477 cm−1) have existed in SrFe11MnO19/CoFe1.9Bi0.1O4. X-ray diffraction (XRD) depicts the simultaneous existence of the ferrite composite and PANI phases. Also, VSM analysis reveals that the saturation magnetization (Ms) and the remanence magnetization (Mr) decrease while the magnetic coercivity field (HC) remains almost constant in SrFe11MnO19/CoFe1.9Bi0.1O4/PANI samples. Besides, the Faraday balance technique represents that Curie temperature (TC) of ferrite nanocomposite decreasing with increasing PANI ratio, as well as vector network analysis (VNA) in X and Ku bands, showed that the minimum reflection loss (RL) is − 24.3 dB that belonged to SrFe11MnO19/CoFe1.9Bi0.1O4/PANI with ferrite composite to PANI mass ratio of (C: P = 80:20) %.
