Abstract
This paper describes a load on a structure at the instance of its impact with an aircraft from the side of onboard equipment. The correctness and applicability of the model of the aircraft presented in the form of a rigid-plastic rod (the Riera approach) is estimated when studying the effect of onboard equipment. This impact is simulated using bulk perforated samples of aluminum alloy. Calculations are carried out using the proposed model in one-dimensional approximation along with direct three-dimensional modeling of the impact by the finite element method using the LS-DYNA package. Both of these approaches allow one to investigate the process of loading a rigid wall. The quantitative and qualitative differences between these approaches and the Riera approach are shown.
