Journal of Contemporary Physics (Armenian Academy of Sciences) Aims and scope

Abstract

New expressions have been obtained to estimate the graphene thermal conductivity coefficient as well as characteristic dependences of coefficient of thermal conductivity on temperature and linear coefficient of thermal expansion. It has been shown that within a wide range of temperatures (about 100–700 K), the thermal conductivity values both computed and experimental ones are in good agreement.
