The original article has been published inadvertently with errors in page number 2. The symbol next to m(x) and r(x) should be “${\varvec{<}}$” lesser than symbol but it was wrongly mentioned as “${\varvec{\le }}$” lesser than equal to symbol. We regret for this mistake in the proof.

The correct equation is provided below.

m and r are given measurable functions on $\Omega$ satisfying
