The original article has been published inadvertently with errors in page number 2. The symbol next to m(x) and r(x) should be\({\varvec{<}}\)lesser than symbol but it was wrongly mentioned as\({\varvec{\le }}\)lesser than equal to symbol. We regret for this mistake in the proof.

The correct equation is provided below.

m and r are given measurable functions on \(\Omega \) satisfying
