Adaptive Algorithm for Controlling the Soft Vertical Landing of an Unmanned Return Spacecraft. I.

Abstract

A new adaptive algorithm for multistep terminal control (MSTC) of a soft landing of an unmanned return spacecraft (URS) is proposed that is based on more accurate analytical solutions of differential equations with identification of real parameters of the URS and the atmosphere.
