Multiplexed Immunochromatographic Test-System for Rapid Diagnosis of Acute Heart Failure

A new approach to a multiplexed immunochromatographic system for rapid diagnosis of acute heart failure that included the use of colloidal quantum dots as labels was developed. The analysis was based on separation of analytes into bands and the use of biomarkers with various properties in the mixture being analyzed. The ability to use quantum dots synthesized in two different solutions for qualitative and quantitative analysis was demonstrated. The developed approach optimized the analytical capabilities of rapid diagnosis and increased its effectiveness and availability.
