Abstract—

The experimentally estimated effect of a waveguide on the acoustic emission signal parameters in the monitoring of high-curvature facilities has been studied. The frequency characteristics of the acoustic emission signals when passing from the pipeline to the waveguide remain almost unchanged, and the attenuation of the acoustic emission signals is no more than 2–3 dB.
