Dynamic Thermal Analysis of Structural Transformations in α-Titanium with Microimpurities

  • TITANIUM ALLOYS
  • Published:
Metal Science and Heat Treatment Aims and scope

Structural and phase transformations at elevated temperatures in α-titanium containing trace nonmetallic impurities are studied by the methods of differential scanning calorimetry and x-ray diffraction analysis. The microstructural and energy characteristics of such transformations are determined.
