Uticaj obuke na operativne performanse - slučaj carinske službe na aerodromu Nikola Tesla Beograd

Sažetak
U ovom radu predtstavljen je uticaj obuke analize i procene rizika na unapređenje operativnih performansi carinskih službenika na aerodromu Nikola Tesla Beograd. Cilj itraživanja je merenje percepcije carinskih službenika na aerodromu u vezi sa operativnom efikašnošću programa obuke analize rizika. Istraživanje je sprovedeno kroz anketu, prikupljanjem podataka iz upitnika podeljenih carinskim službenicima koji su bili podeljeni u eksperimentalnu (carinici koji su pohađali obuku) i kontrolnu grupu (carinici koji nisu pohađali obuku). Obe grupe carinika su ocenili iskaze vezano za njihov doprinos efektivnom ubiranju prihoda, olakšavanju protoka robe i putnika, nivo granične kontrole i zaštite i reputaciju carinske ispostave na aerodromu. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da postoji značajna razlika između ove dve grupe, što potvrđuje hipotezu da obuka analize i procene rizika ima pozitivan uticaj na operativnu efikasnost carinskih službenika.
