Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

An experimental study is performed of the sintering technology effect of hard piezoceramic material PCR-8 has on its dielectric hysteresis. It is established that hot pressing and modifications of it allow the ferroelectric hardness of a piezoceramic material with a fixed composition to be varied, and the cost of the resulting piezoceramic products to be lowered by reducing energy expenses.
