Retraction notice to “Experimental investigation of parameters affected on behavior of composite tubes under quasi static and dynamic axial loading” [Compos B Eng 163 (2019) 471-486]
This article has been retracted at the request of Editors.
The article duplicates significant parts of a paper that had already appeared in Modares Mechanical Engineering. 2018, 18 (4):79-89 https://mme.modares.ac.ir/article-15-7749-fa.html. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that the paper is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
