The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article [1] because it significantly overlaps with a previously published thesis by Abdul-baasit Shaibu [2] and a previously published article [3]. Byung Rae Cho and Yongsun Choi have agreed with this retraction. Sangmun Shin could not be contacted about this retraction.
