A Measuring Stand for Single-Photon Detectors Based on NbN Nanostructures

Abstract

A measuring complex for recording events by single-photon superconducting detectors based on NbN structures is presented; low-noise high-frequency HEMT transistors are used as cryogenic amplifiers in it.
