Abstract
Several new 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazoles are synthesized from (E)-3-[1-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]-1-(pyridin-3-yl)prop-2-en-1-one and their structures are supported by specral methods. The in vitro cytotoxicity tests of selected compounds against MCF-7 cell line demonstrate the strong effect of some of those in comparison with doxorubicin.
